李聰，博士畢業於北京航空航天大學🎺，美國中佛羅裏達大學高級訪問學者👈，上海交通大學高級訪問學者。先後主持國家自然科學基金、中國博士後科學基金（面上項目）🫅🏼、國家留學基金委留學歸國人員啟動項目🌟、上海市優青項目以及多項企業合作項目。
